How do I pair my iPhone or Android with the HAELO device?

Bluetooth Troubleshooting I (for iPhone or iPad)



  • Turn OFF HAELO device

  • Disconnect power cord and coil cord from HAELO device

  • Uninstall HAELO App

  • Turn OFF iPhone

  • Wait one (1) minute

  • Reconnect power cord and coil cord to HAELO device

  • Ensure power cord is fully inserted into HAELO device (~ 5/8”), use gentle force

  • Turn ON HAELO device

  • Turn ON iPhone

  • From your Home screen, close out (swipe up on) all open apps. Any open apps will interfere with HAELO when you try to connect for the first time.

  • Reinstall HAELO App

  • Launch HAELO App

  • Follow “Get Started” Instructions

  • Select “HAELO_1.00”

  • Play a Frequency Set

  • If connected properly, the “PLAYING” LED light on the HAELO front panel will illuminate and you will hear a tone when it begins and ends. Additionally, you will also see the flickering light on the coil LED.

  • Turn OFF HAELO device

  • Disconnect power cord and coil cord from HAELO device

  • Uninstall HAELO App

  • Turn OFF Android Phone

  • Wait one (1) minute

  • Reconnect power cord and coil cord to HAELO device

  • Ensure power cord is fully inserted into HAELO device (~ 5/8”), use gentle force

  • Turn ON HAELO device

  • Turn ON Android Phone

  • From your Home screen, close out (swipe up on) all open apps. Any open apps will interfere with HAELO when you try to connect for the first time.

  • Reinstall the HAELO App

  • Go to "Settings" --> select "Connections" --> select "Bluetooth"

  • Untoggle “Bluetooth” (OFF)

  • Wait one (1) minute

  • Toggle “Bluetooth” (ON)

  • Select "HAELO_PEMF"

  • Launch the HAELO App

  • Follow “Get Started” Instructions

  • Select “HAELO_1.00”

  • Play a Frequency Set

  • If connected properly, the “PLAYING” LED light on the HAELO front panel will illuminate and you will hear a tone when it begins and ends. Additionally, you will also see the flickering light on the coil LED.


NOTE: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) operates at a 2.4GHz frequency, you may have to repeat these steps a few times in order to establish a solid connection. However, once the initial connection is established, you should be good to go!
