60-day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day Return Policy. Your 60-day return window begins the day your HAELO is delivered. You must initiate your return request and return ship your HAELO on or before the end of your 60th day. Return requests or shipments submitted on the 61st day and beyond will not be accepted. 

Your HAELO purchase is subject to a 10% restocking fee (10% of the purchase price) that activates the moment you cut the tape securing the grey HAELO box. If you did not cut this tape and return your HAELO in new, manufacturer's condition, you may be eligible to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs).
