How do I return my HAELO?

HAELO offers a 60-Day Return Policy. Your 60-day return window begins the day your HAELO is delivered. You must initiate your return before the end of your 60th day. Return requests submitted on the 61st day and beyond will not be accepted.


Your HAELO purchase is subject to a 10% restocking fee (10% of the purchase price) that activates the moment you cut the tape securing the grey HAELO box. As long as you do not cut this tape (and return your HAELO in new, manufacturer's condition), you may be eligible to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs).


To initiate a return, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. You may also email us your return request at support@haelo.com. Once we receive your completed form, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label that you will use to return ship your HAELO.


Please be aware that your return process will take some time. This includes time to ship, receive, inspect, and process your return request. Once we receive your HAELO, our receiving team will check that your HAELO is in good, working condition. Please allow 7-15 business days for our receiving team to inspect your HAELO system and initiate your refund. Once initiated, it will take an additional 5-10 days business days for your financial institution to return funds to your account.
