My HAELO Device Shuts Off Unexpectedly

Your A/C power cord may not be inserted correctly into the back of your HAELO device. 


The A/C power cord is designed to fit very tightly into your HAELO device to ensure a proper connection and optimized delivery of frequencies through the HAELO coil. 


If inserted incorrectly, the power cord may feel loose or the HAELO will appear to be glitchy (it shuts off unexpectedly during a session or stops working when moved). If you have experienced any one of these issues, please reinsert your power cord correctly by using gentle force to push the power cord all the way into the device (approximately 5/8").
