The HAELO App won't connect.

Quick Start Steps: follow these steps before each session: 

  • Swipe up out of (close out) the HAELO app 
  • Turn ON the HAELO console
  • Wait for two chime sounds 
  • Launch the HAELO app
  • Select "HAELO_1.00" when prompted 
  • Play a Frequency Set! 

Apple Troubleshooting: if the Quick Start Steps did get you connected on your Apple device, follow these steps exactly as written. Do NOT skip steps!

  • Turn OFF the HAELO console 
  • Disconnect power cord and coil cord from back of HAELO console 
  • Uninstall HAELO app
  • Turn OFF iPhone 
  • Wait one (1) minute 
  • Reconnect power cord and coil cord into back of HAELO console 
  • Ensure power cord is fully inserted into HAELO console (~ 5/8”), use gentle force 
  • Turn ON HAELO console 
  • Turn ON iPhone 
  • From your Home screen, close out (swipe up on) all open apps. These cause interference when connecting to the HAELO app) 
  • Reinstall the HAELO app 
  • Launch the HAELO app 
  • Follow “Getting Started” instructions 
  • Select “HAELO_1.00” when prompted 
  • Play a Frequency Set!

[NOTE: If connected properly, the PLAYING light on the console will illuminate solid white and the light on the coil will also flicker as the Frequency Set plays. You will hear one chime sound when a Frequency Set begins and a double chime sound when it ends.] 

TIP: You should NEVER have to go to "Settings" --> "Bluetooth" to get connected. Instead, please follow the steps above.



Android Troubleshooting: if the Quick Start Steps did get you connected on your Android device, follow these steps exactly as written. Do NOT skip steps! 

  • Turn OFF the HAELO console 
  • Disconnect power cord and coil cord from back of HAELO console 
  • Uninstall HAELO app
  • Turn OFF iPhone 
  • Wait one (1) minute 
  • Reconnect power cord and coil cord into back of HAELO console 
  • Ensure power cord is fully inserted into HAELO console (~ 5/8”), use gentle force 
  • Turn ON HAELO console 
  • Turn ON Android phone
  • From your Home screen, close out (swipe up on) all open apps. These cause interference when connecting to the HAELO app) 
  • Reinstall HAELO app 
  • Go to "Settings" --> select "Connections" --> select "Bluetooth"

  • Untoggle “Bluetooth” OFF

  • Wait one (1) minute

  • Toggle “Bluetooth” ON

  • Select "HAELO_PEMF"

  • Launch the HAELO app

  • Follow “Getting Started” instructions

  • Select “HAELO_1.00” when prompted

  • Play a Frequency Set!
