Getting Started

To pair your iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone or tablet with your HAELO console, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Download the HAELO app. 

Step 2: Insert the coil connector into the back of the console and turn clockwise to click into place. 

Step 3: Insert the AC power cord firmly into the back of the console and insert the plug into a standard electrical outlet. 

Step 4: Turn the power ON. 

(Note: As your HAELO powers ON, you will hear two chimes. The POWER and COIL lights on the front of your HAELO console will illuminate. The PLAYING light will only illuminate when a Frequency Set is playing.) 

Step 5: Launch the HAELO app and follow the “Getting Started” instructions. 

(Note: Do NOT get connected via your phone’s “Bluetooth” settings. The HAELO app will guide you through the setup process.)
