Yes, we require a signature upon delivery. UPS requires an adult recipient's signature at the time of delivery. While the signature obtained by the driver does not need to be the receiver listed on the package, recipients must be 21 years and older to receive your package.
If you know an adult will not be present to sign for your package, you may reschedule your delivery by calling UPS Customer Service at (888) 742-5877. Have your tracking number ready when you call.
