How do I update my shipping address on the order I just placed?

Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Customer Support hours are M - F, 9am to 6pm (CST). You can connect with Customer Support via the live chat feature on the website, within the HAELO app, or by emailing support@haelo.com. As long as your device has not yet shipped, we will be able to change your shipping address. However, if your device has already shipped, then you will need to contact the shipper directly to change your order. Be sure to have your tracking number ready when you call.
