How do I update the HAELO app?

If you have enabled a) "Automatic Downloads" on your Apple devices or b) "Auto-update apps" on your Android devices, then you are all set! All of the latest versions of the HAELO app will be automatically installed and updated onto your device.

However, if you are manually approving app updates, then you must follow these steps to update the HAELO app to the latest version.

Apple

1. From your iPhone home screen, open the App Store
2. Click your profile icon (top right)
3. Click the HAELO app
4. Click "Update" to install the latest version (note: if you see "Open", the latest version is already installed!)

To turn "Automatic Downloads" ON or OFF, follow these steps:

1. From your iPhone home screen, open "Settings"
2. Scroll down, Select "App Store"
3. Under "Automatic Downloads," toggle "App Updates" ON or OFF

Android

1. From your Android Home screen, open the Google Play Store
2. Click "My apps & games"
3. Click the HAELO app
4. Click "Update" to install the latest version

To turn "Auto-update apps" ON or OFF, follow these steps:

1. From your Android home screen, open the Google Play Store
2. Click "Menu", 
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Auto-update apps"
