The AC power cord is designed to fit tightly into the back of your HAELO console. This ensures a proper connection and delivery of frequencies through the HAELO coil.
If the AC power cord is inserted incorrectly, your HAELO might shut off unexpectedly or stop playing in the middle of a Frequency Set. Firmly push the AC power cord into the back of the HAELO console until the ridge almost meets the connector piece.
